Because of the increasing research into PEGylated biologics we have also developed anti-PEG monoclonal antibodies and ELISA kits for detection of PEG, mPEGylated proteins and anti-PEG antibodies. 此外，Life Diagnostics还提供PEG包被的微孔板和封闭缓冲液，专门设计用于免疫检测PEG或PEG化抗体。大多数商业化的ELISA试剂盒含有去垢剂如Tween-20(一种含有PEG的去垢剂)会干扰PEG的检测。Life Diagnostics公司提供的封闭缓冲液不含去垢剂和PEG, 可用于稳定包被有PEG或PEG抗体的平板。
